Shipment
Shipping within USA: We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS or FedEx with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email updates, so you can track your purchase.
Shipping to other countries: Mont Backpacks does not sell and ship outside of the United States currently.
Cleaning
We recommend hand cleaning our products with water and liquid laundry soap. A soft sponge can be used to remove dirt. Air dry in the shade.
Do NOT washing machine. Do NOT use a dryer. Do NOT use bleach or stain removers. Do NOT use alcohol or any abrasive products. Do NOT iron.
Payments
USA
Within USA: You can pay with any payment method accepted by Stripe or Paypal. This include all Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
Other Countries
Mont Backpacks does not sell and ship outside of the United States currently.
Impermeability
In general, our products are designed to withstand moderate rain. The fabrics we use are water and fluid repellent; however, due to the type of seams and zippers, leaks may occur in heavy rain. For this reason, we recommend using a rain cover or rain fly (not included) if you plan to be in heavier rain. Our products are not submersible.
