Shipment
Shipping to Colombia: We ship nationwide via TCC with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
Shipping to other countries: We ship via FedEx with a delivery time of 8 to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Washing
We recommend hand washing our products with water and liquid laundry soap. A soft sponge can be used to remove dirt. Dry in the shade.
Do not use a washing machine. Do not use a dryer. Do not use bleach or stain removers. Do not use alcohol or any abrasive products. Do not iron.
Payments
Colombia
Colombia: You can pay with any card or PSE transfer through the secure payment platform of MercadoPago, Wompi and ADDI.
Other Countries
We accept all major credit cards through the secure payment platform PayPal. Payment can be made in US dollars or converted to your local currency.
Impermeability
In general, our products are designed to withstand moderate rain. The fabrics we use are water and fluid repellent; however, due to the type of seams and zippers, leaks may occur. For this reason, we recommend using a rain cover (not included) for heavier rain. Our products are not submersible.
