Satisfaction Guarantee
Your purchase of a mônt backpacks includes an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for the original purchaser. If you believe that a mônt backpacks product purchased on our website does not meet your needs, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery date. Purchaser assumes return shipping costs and shall ensure the returning product is returned in perfect condition for resale, including tags and packaging (if applicable). It must not show any wear, dirt, or any indication that it has been used.
Quality Guarantee
mônt backpacks stands behind our product’s quality. Our product comes with a six month quality guarantee from delivery date from defects of seams, hardware and zippers.
This quality guarantee does not apply when the defect originates from:
- Mechanical cuts
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Contact with acids or solvents
- Modification of original design
- Wear, abrasion and excessive stress
- Damage caused by third parties during trip sand transfers
- Intervention by persons outside the MONT repair workshop
We believe in the quality of our products. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any problems or dissatisfaction with our products, even after the six month period, let us know and we’ll find a way to provide you with the best possible solution. All is void if purchased product is used for display on any social media platforms or for any monetary gain.
